
Abused Children need intervention and care quickly
The Buffalo News featured an article highlighting the urgent need for Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) like the Scott Bieler CAC at BestSelf. These centers bring law enforcement, medical staff, mental health professionals, and advocates together under one roof to provide children and families with the care, support, and healing they need to live a successful life beyond abuse. The work happening every day at the Scott Bieler CAC is proof that this model works, and that it needs to be replicated.
