Please bring the following to your first appointment at BestSelf Behavioral Health:
If you do not have health insurance, you should also bring the following:
• Proof of income (i.e.: recent pay stubs, if employed)
BestSelf Behavioral Health accepts most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. No one will be denied services due to inability to pay, and a Sliding Fee Scale is available based on income and family size (not solely income) and is also available to those with and without insurance.
