Whole Health Buffalo: Employers need policies to support workers in recovery

Jeff Fyvie’s career path was unimaginable as he stashed bottles of beer in the toilet tank of the restaurant he co-owned. These days Fyvie is Director of Peer Services at BestSelf Behavioral Health. He is both an example for those working to overcome substance use problems and an example of valuable employee in recovery.
