The Recovery Connections Program is part of the New York State Center of Treatment Innovation (COTI) program and will serve Erie and Niagara Counties. It is a fully mobile substance use disorder treatment program which aims to address the opioid crisis by increasing access to treatment, reducing unmet treatment need and reducing opioid overdose related deaths through the provision of prevention, treatment and recovery activities for opioid use disorder (OUD).
Recovery Connections Team
Recovery Connections teams provide information, engage and link individuals with treatment and medication assisted treatment (MAT) and provide recovery support. Two mobile RVs are available to go out into the community to conduct health assessments, provide treatment and rapid access to MAT usually within 24 to 48 hours. This will allow individuals in rural and other hard to serve locations to have easy access to the treatment they need. The program serves individuals in Niagara and Erie Counties.
Our Mobile teams of medical personnel, counselors & peers provide:
- Rapid Access to treatment
- Medication Assisted Treatment
- Individual & Group Counseling
